Current events are contributing to an increasingly fragmented enforcement regime both domestically and globally. These circumstances present unique challenges to attorneys representing clients in white collar and enforcement matters. This panel will present the perspectives of both public and private sector attorneys in how best to navigate the current climate. Our diverse panel members will also address some of the rewards and challenges facing APA attorneys in the enforcement space and will offer advice on how to build a rewarding career that spans both government service and work in the private sector. Panelists will also speak to some of the advantages of having practitioners with a range of backgrounds and perspectives in this space.
