Karen R. King is Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of complex commercial matters, including litigation and arbitration, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, and corporate internal investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, is a member of the Second Circuit Pro-Bono panel, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the AABANY Pro Bono and Community Service Committee. Her pro bono clients include Asian-American police officers, Medicaid recipients, students with special needs, victims of domestic violence, and victims of gun violence. In 2019, Karen was awarded the Federal Bar Council’s Thurgood Marshall Award for Exceptional Pro Bono Service, as well as the Pro Bono award from the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
